Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, connecting a mailbox, generating an API key, approving an OAuth grant, or otherwise using Aquila, you agree to these Terms. If you use Aquila for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Aquila or connect any mailbox to the service.

03

The Aquila service

Aquila lets users connect email mailboxes and expose selected email capabilities to authorized AI agents and MCP clients. Depending on the access approved by the user, the service may list mailboxes, search email metadata or content, retrieve messages or attachments, create or update drafts, forward messages, or send email through the configured mailbox.

User-controlled access

You decide which mailboxes, credentials, API keys, OAuth grants, scopes, and agents are connected. You remain responsible for the instructions you give to connected agents and for reviewing workflows that can affect your mailbox.

04

Accounts and credentials

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login methods, API keys, OAuth grants, mailbox passwords, app passwords, and other credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your Aquila account or authorized credentials, except where caused by Aquila's own breach of these Terms.

You must promptly revoke or rotate credentials if you believe they have been lost, exposed, misused, or no longer authorized.

05

Acceptable use

Aquila must be used lawfully, responsibly, and only with mailboxes and systems you are permitted to access. You must ensure your use complies with applicable laws, mailbox provider terms, anti-spam rules, data protection obligations, and any internal policies that apply to your organization.

  • Use Aquila only for mailboxes that you own, administer, or are authorized to access.
  • Keep your Aquila account, API keys, OAuth grants, mailbox credentials, and connected agents secure.
  • Review agent actions before enabling workflows that send, forward, draft, modify, or otherwise act on email.
  • Do not use Aquila to send spam, phishing, malware, unlawful content, or abusive automated messages.
  • Do not probe, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or interfere with Aquila or its infrastructure.
06

Plans, fees, and cancellation

Paid plans, prices, billing periods, included usage, and cancellation options are shown at signup, checkout, or inside the product. Fees are due according to the plan selected by the user. Taxes may apply depending on billing location and applicable law.

Unless a checkout flow or mandatory law says otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable for partial billing periods. You may stop using Aquila at any time and can revoke API keys, OAuth grants, and connected mailboxes from the dashboard.

07

Third-party services and agents

Aquila depends on third-party services, including mailbox providers, authentication providers, infrastructure providers, payment providers, MCP clients, and AI agents. These third parties may have their own terms, privacy notices, limits, security practices, outages, and data processing rules.

SVNK Technologies is not responsible for third-party services outside Aquila's control. When you authorize an agent or MCP client to use Aquila, you are responsible for deciding whether that agent or client is appropriate for the mailbox data and actions you permit.

08

Availability and service limits

Aquila is provided on a commercially reasonable basis and may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue features where needed to improve the service, protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or respond to infrastructure and provider constraints.

  • Aquila is an email MCP access layer, not an email host, backup provider, archive, delivery guarantee, or recovery service.
  • Email availability, authentication, rate limits, spam filtering, and delivery may depend on the mailbox provider and connected third-party services.
  • Authorized agents and MCP clients may receive mailbox data according to the scopes, mailboxes, and credentials approved by the user.
  • SVNK Technologies may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect users, the service, infrastructure, or legal compliance.
09

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aquila is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, message delivery, data recovery, agent behavior, mailbox provider availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SVNK Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, emails, business opportunities, or business interruption arising from use of Aquila.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusions are not allowed.

10

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Aquila at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is compromised, your use creates security or legal risk, fees are unpaid, or you breach these Terms.

After termination, you remain responsible for charges incurred before termination and for any obligations that by their nature should continue, including confidentiality, payment, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.

11

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify users through the service or another appropriate channel. Continued use of Aquila after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, except where mandatory consumer or data protection rules provide otherwise. Questions about these Terms should identify the Aquila account concerned and be sent to SVNK Technologies through the contact channel made available for the service.
